Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading or using CleanTap, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use the App on iOS devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store Rules.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Do not use the App to infringe the rights or privacy of others.
• Back up your device before performing bulk deletions; you are responsible for your data.

4. In‑App Purchases & Subscriptions

Certain features may require a purchase or subscription billed via Apple. Prices and offers may change. Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal in your Apple ID settings.

5. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that every duplicate detection will be accurate. Always review items before deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PALM-APPS LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from your use of the App.

7. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
