Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PALM-APPS LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the CleanTap iOS application (“App”).

Data We Process on Device

• Photos: To detect duplicates and similar items, the App reads metadata and generates temporary perceptual hashes on your device. Full-resolution photos are not sent to our servers.
• Contacts: To identify duplicates or empty contacts, the App reads contact records locally. No contact data leaves your device unless you choose to back it up with iCloud or Apple services.
• Calendar: To help remove duplicate or past events, the App reads event metadata locally.

Analytics & Attribution

We use a third‑party SDK, AppsWire Adaptive, for attribution and basic app analytics (e.g., installs, campaign performance). This SDK may collect device identifiers permitted by Apple (such as IDFV), app version, and limited event data like first open. The SDK provider processes this data to attribute installs and measure campaigns. We do not sell personal data.

Crash Reports

If enabled in iOS settings, Apple may provide anonymous crash logs that help us diagnose issues. These logs do not include your personal content.

Data Storage

Personal content (photos, contacts, calendar) is processed on device and is not stored on our servers. Analytics and attribution data handled by AppsWire Adaptive are retained according to their policies; we retain aggregated reports as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes.

Your Choices

• Permissions: You can revoke Photos, Contacts, or Calendar access in iOS Settings > Privacy.
• Tracking: You can control app tracking permissions via iOS App Tracking Transparency settings.
• Opt‑out: You may request deletion of analytics data we control by contacting us.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

International Transfers

Analytics data processed by our providers may be transferred internationally and protected by appropriate safeguards.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
